Phil and his crew quickly and professionally completed the basics and came back for the second phase of our remodel. They started on our smaller bathroom and found extensive dry rot in the floor. They had to make extensive framing repairs before installing the sheetrock, tile and textures. This unexpected damage did not throw our schedule off- Phil came through to finish up the bathroom in time for our out-of-town guests.
